A NANO share is 1/20th of the pig, including about 12 pounds of pork products. It includes a variety with some choices, including 1 cup slow simmered demi-glace, 4 pounds sausage, 3 packages home smoked bacon, 2 packages thin sliced ham, 1 cup lard, and a choice of 3 thick cut chops, or a loin roast, or ribs or shanks, or a shoulder roast. This amount of product is about 1 very full grocery bag in size.
Each Nano share costs $200. Payment in full is required in advance of the slaughter date. You will need to pick up your share from our farmstead in Aromas

It includes a variety with some choices, including 2 cups Demi-Glace, 8 pounds sausage or plain ground, 3 pounds home smoked bacon 2 pounds thin sliced ham, 2 thick cut chops, a choice of a roast, ribs or shanks, and 1 cup lard. This amount of product is about 2 grocery bags in size and will fit in most half empty home freezers. We do all the work for you.
Each small shares costs $400. Payment in full is required in advance of the slaughter date, pick up is at the farmstead in Aromas.

Half Shares
Inquire regarding up-to-date-availability!
We help you butcher and make sausage with your half here at our farm. A half share costs $1600, smoking of the meat is not included. A $800 deposit is required to hold your share.
